Who we are
This website is operated by Novaria, a Portuguese software business based in the Lisbon area. For any privacy matter, contact us through the consult form and we will reply directly.
What we collect
If you submit the consult form, we receive the details you type: name, email, company, and your message. The site also uses Vercel Analytics, a cookieless service that gives us aggregate page statistics and cannot identify you. We collect nothing else, and we use no advertising trackers.
Why we process it
We use the details you send solely to reply to your enquiry and to prepare for a conversation you asked for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while the conversation is live and for 12 months after it closes, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. Contact us through the consult form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
